Cyprus Restaurant
Cyprus boasts a lively restaurant scene, regularly featuring live acts after 9pm or so. Their menu also highlights cuisines from around the globe, mixed in with staples found on the menu each night. Pulled directly from their site:
We feature a fairly broad house menu, plus a different REGIONAL MENU each night of the week. As an example, each Tuesday night is Thai night at Cyprus, and each Saturday night features South American cuisine. All of our house entrees are priced at $19.95, with a few exceptions. The specials are $23.95.
You'd think, with such a diverse offering, their food would suffer. It doesn't, though. They're able to pull it off and be that much more creative in each dish they serve.
And fyi, in regards to 'late-night' spots in Highlands, where you can unwind past the hour of 9pm, Cyprus might be your only option. They feature a lively crowd after hours, with fantastic bands as well.
